When do I get the booth, and when do you take it back?
We deliver the day before your event and collect the day after. Setup takes about fifteen minutes and we walk you through it. That is roughly forty-eight hours with the booth, where most companies in the UAE give you two or three.
Do I need someone to run it?
No. The booth is built to be self-service, which is the whole point. If you would rather have someone there, an attendant is AED 450 for up to four hours, and that is worth it for corporate events.
How fast do we get the photos and reels back?
Reels in three working days, photography in five, film in seven to ten. The clock starts the next working morning, so a Friday night event on three working days lands on Wednesday. If you need something the same night, book the teaser in advance and we will staff an editor for it.
Are the image counts guaranteed?
They are minimums, not caps. If a package says at least 150 images, 150 is the floor. You will usually get more.
What happens if I need to move the date?
Cancel fourteen days or more ahead and your deposit comes back. Inside fourteen days you get one free date move, subject to availability.
Do you cover outside Dubai?
Yes, across the UAE. Anywhere outside Dubai adds AED 300 to the booking.
How do I pay?
A fifty percent deposit holds your date, and the balance is due on delivery. All prices exclude 5% VAT.
